To settle the estate of Mrs. Newby Miller, we have been contracted to sell at
auction her real estate and personal property.
LOCATION ~ 13705 Sharp's Station Rd.- Platte City, MO (on Home Site) Directions to Miller Home: I-29 to Exit #20 (Tracy & Weston), go east on Hwy 92 (turns into Elm Groove Rd.) 1.5 miles to Sharp's Station Rd. Turn right, go 2.3 miles, house on your right. Watch for Signs! Mrs. Miller's country home is situated on approximately 10 acres of beautiful serene landscape. The property borders the Platte Falls Conservation Area. The land has been in the Miller family for many generations.
